Miscellaneous

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose PII about minor visitors. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that you may submit in public areas of the Site, such as forums, which may be collected and used by others.

For individuals in the EU and/or the UK, Marketing Innovations Group LLC acts as a processor of personal data collected through the MIA software. The controller of this data is either our client or their customers. We process such personal data in accordance with the instructions of our client and in compliance with our obligations as a processor.
